Massachusetts High School Soccer - Northfield Mount Hermon nudged by Vermont Academy
September 10, 2025: Mount Hermon, MA 01354 Vermont Academy Wildcats (Saxtons River, VT) boosters exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer squad nudge the host Northfield Mount Hermon Hoggers (Mount Hermon, MA), 4-3 in a non-league outing.
The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Wilbraham & Monson Academy (Wilbraham, MA). The Titans go into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Wilbraham & Monson Academy edged Westminster School (Simsbury, CT), 2-1, in a non-league test.
The Hoggers now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Milton Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Northfield Mount Hermon will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Phillips Exeter Academy (Exeter, NH). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-1.
