September 10, 2025: San Fernando, CA 91340 The San Fernando Tigers (San Fernando, CA) volleyball knocked off the host Chavez Eagles (San Fernando, CA), 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now hold a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Reseda for a Valley Mission match on Monday, September 15. San Fernando will battle a Regents team coming off a 3-0 league win over Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA). The Regents record now stands at 5-5.
With the loss, Chavez drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Grant (Van Nuys, CA) to clash with the Lancers in a East Valley contest on Thursday, September 11. The Lancers enter the contest with a record of 2-2. Grant won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Poly (Sun Valley, CA)
