The Heritage Huskies volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Falls Lake Firebirds to 2 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Huskies now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Knightdale for a Northern Six 6A/7A contest on Thursday, September 11. Heritage will battle a Knights team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC). The Knights record now stands at 1-10.

Next, the Firebirds battle the Vance Charter Knights (Henderson, NC) in a Triangle North 1A/2A contest, on Thursday, September 11. Falls Lake will attempt to move on its 13-3 season record. The Knights enter the contest with a 10-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Vance County (Henderson, NC).
