Grove City Eagles (Grove City, PA) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball team overcome the host Kennedy Catholic (Hermitage, PA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Oil City (Oil City, PA). The Oilers enter the District 10 Region 3 challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Oil City beat Commodore Perry (Hadley, PA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the meet the Reynolds Raiders (Greenville, PA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 11. Kennedy Catholic will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Raiders go into the test with a 3-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Hickory (Hermitage, PA).
