September 11, 2023: Mercersburg, PA 17236 The crowd at Monday's non-league test between the Catoctin Cougars (Thurmont, MD) and the host James Buchanan Rockets (Mercersburg, PA), saw Catoctin's soccer squad knock off James Buchanan by a margin of 3-1.
The Cougars now sport a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Williamsport for a Gambrills test on Wednesday, September 13. Catoctin will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Southern (Oakland, MD). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-0.
