Michigan High School Soccer - Tri County Area nudges Muskegon
September 11, 2023: Howard City, MI 49329 Tri County Area Vikings (Howard City, MI) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Muskegon Big Reds (Muskegon, MI), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Vikings confront the Kent City Eagles (Kent City, MI) in a Freelance challenge, on Wednesday, September 13. Tri County Area will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Comstock Park (Comstock Park, MI).
The Big Reds now have a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they host Zeeland East for a Ottawa-Kent - Green challenge on Tuesday, September 12. Muskegon will confront a Chix team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Zeeland West (Zeeland, MI). The Chix record now stands at 1-8.
