September 11, 2023: Lancaster, SC 29720 The Buford Yellowjackets (Lancaster, SC) volleyball overcame the visiting Cheraw Braves (Cheraw, SC), 3-0 in Monday's league outing.
With the win, Buford upgrades its record to 2-2 on the year. The Yellowjackets host Central (Pageland, SC) to face the Eagles in a AA Region 5 outing on Tuesday, September 12. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 2-4. Central won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Cheraw (Cheraw, SC)
The Braves now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Chesterfield for a AA Region 5 outing on Tuesday, September 12. Cheraw will face a Golden Rams squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to York Prep (Rock Hill, SC). The Golden Rams record now stands at 1-4.
