In Monday's non-league contest, the Jim Thorpe Olympians (Jim Thorpe, PA) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Williams Valley Vikings (Tower City, PA), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Olympians battle the Pine Grove Cardinals (Pine Grove, PA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 12. Jim Thorpe will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Cardinals go into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Tri-Valley (Hegins, PA).

With the loss, Williams Valley moves to 1-2 on the year. The Vikings host Nativity BVM (Pottsville, PA) to battle the Green Wave in a Schuylkill County 1 contest on Tuesday, September 12.
