September 11, 2023: Aurora, OR 97002 St. Helens Lions (St. Helens, OR) backers left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host North Marion Huskies (Aurora, OR), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Lions battle the Seaside Seagulls (Seaside, OR) in a 4A Cowapa match, on Thursday, September 14. St. Helens will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Seagulls come into the match with a 1-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Astoria (Astoria, OR).
With the loss, North Marion drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Huskies host Baker (Baker City, OR) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Saturday, September 16. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 0-6. Baker lost 3-2 in their recent non-league match against Powder Valley (North Powder, OR)
