September 11, 2024: Vista, CA 92081 The San Marcos Knights flag football squad scored 38 points and limited the host Rancho Buena Vista Longhorns to 13 in the Knights non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Knights now sport a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they host Poway for a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. San Marcos will meet a Titans squad coming off a 20-12 non-league win over Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA). The Titans record now stands at 6-0.
With the defeat, Rancho Buena Vista drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Longhorns host Valley Center (Valley Center, CA) to meet the Jaguars in a Valley test on Tuesday, September 17. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 1-5. Valley Center lost 20-6 in their recent non-league test against Rancho Bernardo (San Diego, CA)
