Kentucky High School Soccer - Scott knocks off Holmes
September 11, 2024: Covington, KY 41015 Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Scott Eagles (Covington, KY) and the visiting Holmes Bulldogs (Covington, KY), saw Scott's soccer squad triumph over Holmes by a count of 8-0.
The Eagles (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against Simon Kenton (Independence, KY). The Pioneers enter the non-league battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, Simon Kenton notched a victory over Jefferson County (Dandridge, TN), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Mt. Healthy Fighting Owls (Cincinnati, OH) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 12. Holmes will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Fighting Owls enter the battle with a 1-2 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Western Hills (Cincinnati, OH).
