Washington, DC High School Soccer - Coolidge knocks off Banneker
September 11, 2024: Washington, DC 20011 The Coolidge Colts soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Banneker Bulldogs to 0 in the Colts league victory on Wednesday.
The Colts now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Jackson-Reed for a DCIAA bout on Monday, September 16. Coolidge will play a Tigers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to DC International (Washington, DC). The Tigers record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Banneker moves to 0-2 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Jackson-Reed (Washington, DC) to confront the Tigers in a DCIAA battle on Wednesday, September 18. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 3-2.
