Kentucky High School Soccer - Walton-Verona toppled by Louisville Collegiate
September 11, 2024: Louisville, KY 40204 Louisville Collegiate Amazons & Titans (Louisville, KY) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Walton-Verona Bearcats (Walton, KY), 8-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Louisville Collegiate advances its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Amazons & Titans travel to Male (Louisville, KY) to clash with the Bulldogs in a District 26 test on Thursday, September 12. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 4-2. Male won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Iroquois (Louisville, KY)
The Bearcats now have a 1-10 record. They take the field next when they host Williamstown for a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. Walton-Verona will clash with a Demons team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Villa Madonna (Covington, KY). The Demons record now stands at 1-6.
