Georgia High School Softball - White County bounces Flowery Branch
September 11, 2024: Cleveland, GA 30528 In Wednesday's non-league match, the host White County Warriors softball team scored a nice 9-1 win over the Flowery Branch Falcons.
The Warriors (10-7) will now prepare for their match against Pickens (Jasper, GA). The Dragons come into the 3A Region 6 match with a 13-4 record. In their last match, Pickens was routed by North Hall (Gainesville, GA), 2-0, in a league match.
In their next game, the Falcons confront the East Forsyth Broncos (Gainesville, GA) in a 4A Region 8 match, on Thursday, September 12. Flowery Branch will attempt to better on its 3-12 season record. The Broncos come into the match with a 11-4 record after their 2-1 league loss to Eastside (Covington, GA).
