Carl Hayden Community Falcons (Phoenix, AZ) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they observed their football squad smash the host Yuma Criminals (Yuma, AZ), 40-2 in a non-league match.

The Falcons (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Agua Fria (Avondale, AZ). The Owls come into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Agua Fria was routed by Millennium (Goodyear, AZ), 66-6, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Criminals meet the Calipatria Hornets (Calipatria, CA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 18. Yuma will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Hornets come into the match with a 1-2 record after their 32-28 non-league win over O'Farrell Charter (San Diego, CA).
