Texas High School Football - Wisdom trounced by Fort Bend Kempner

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Fort Bend Kempner Cougars football squad scored a decisive 39-0 triumph over the Wisdom Generals.

The Cougars (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Kingwood Park (Kingwood, TX). The Panthers come into the 5A-1 Region III District 11 match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Kingwood Park routed Clear Lake (Houston, TX), 50-40, in a non-league battle.

The Generals now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Strake Jesuit for a non-league battle on Friday, September 19. Wisdom will play a Fighting Crusaders team coming off a 30-28 non-league loss to Lake Creek (Montgomery, TX). The Fighting Crusaders record now stands at 1-2.
