The Cowboys now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hebron for a non-league test on Thursday, September 25. Coppell will meet a Hawks squad coming off a 44-6 non-league loss to Lancaster (Lancaster, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 0-2.
The Volunteers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX). The Gophers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Grand Prairie bounced Nimitz (Irving, TX), 45-14, in a non-league outing.
