Colorado High School Flag Football - Ralston Valley nips Northfield

September 11, 2025: Denver, CO 80238

The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the Ralston Valley Mustangs (Arvada, CO) and the host Northfield Nighthawks (Denver, CO), witnessed Ralston Valley's flag football squad edge Northfield by a tally of 18-16.

The Mustangs (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Columbine (Littleton, CO). The Rebels enter the 5A Jeffco contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Columbine got by Dakota Ridge (Littleton, CO), 26-12, in a non-league bout.

The Nighthawks now own a 6-1 record. They play next when they host George Washington for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 13. Northfield will encounter a Patriots team coming off a 39-8 league win over Kennedy (Denver, CO). The Patriots record now stands at 4-2.
