Kentucky High School Soccer - Southern toppled by Fern Creek
September 11, 2025: Louisville, KY 40219 Fern Creek Tigers (Louisville, KY) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Southern Trojans (Louisville, KY), 6-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Fern Creek advances its record to 2-10 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Mercy (Louisville, KY) to play the Jaguars in a District 24 bout on Monday, September 15. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Mercy lost 8-0 in their recent non-league game against North Oldham (Goshen, KY)
The Trojans (0-6) will now prepare for their game against Moore (Louisville, KY). The Mustangs come into the District 23 game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Moore by Atherton (Louisville, KY), 8-0, in a non-league game.
