September 11, 2025: Elverson, PA 19520 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Twin Valley Raiders (Elverson, PA) and the visiting Schuylkill Haven Hurricanes (Schuylkill Haven, PA), saw Twin Valley's soccer squad hold off Schuylkill Haven by a count of 5-4.
The Raiders (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Daniel Boone (Birdsboro, PA). The Blazers enter the battle with a 0-4 record. In their last match, Daniel Boone was tipped by Exeter Township (Reading, PA), 6-2, in a league match.
The Hurricanes now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pine Grove for a non-league match on Saturday, September 13. Schuylkill Haven will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 1-1 non-league Minersville (Minersville, PA). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-2.
