North Carolina High School Football - Patton falls to Chase
September 11, 2025: Morganton, NC 28655 The Chase Trojans felled the host Patton Panthers football squad by a margin of 30-6 in Thursday's league test.
The Trojans now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host West Caldwell for a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. Chase will face a Warriors team coming off a 34-12 non-league loss to Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 0-3.
The Panthers (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC). The Cavaliers enter the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, East Burke lost by Freedom (Morganton, NC), 28-6, in a non-league challenge.
