September 11, 2025: Crystal Lake, IL 60014 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Crystal Lake Central Tigers (Crystal Lake, IL) and the visiting Woodstock North Thunder (Woodstock, IL), saw Crystal Lake Central's soccer squad triumph over Woodstock North by a count of 7-1.
The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Huntley (Huntley, IL). The Red Raiders come into the non-league match with a 5-0 record. In their last match, Huntley nipped Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL), 2-1, in a league match.
The Thunder now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Curie for a non-league match on Saturday, September 13. Woodstock North will meet a Condors team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Lane Tech (Chicago, IL). The Condors record now stands at 0-3.
