September 11, 2025: Shabbona, IL 60550 Aurora Christian Eagles (Aurora, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad overcome the host Indian Creek Timberwolves (Shabbona, IL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Marian Central Catholic (Woodstock, IL). The Hurricanes enter the challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Marian Central Catholic was beaten by Lane Tech (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Timberwolves meet the Marquette Crusaders (Ottawa, IL) in a non-league test, on Monday, September 15. Indian Creek will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Crusaders go into the test with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 league win over Lowpoint-Washburn (Washburn, IL).
