September 11, 2025: Chowchilla, CA 93610 Chowchilla Tribe (Chowchilla, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Mendota Aztecs (Mendota, CA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Chowchilla improves its record to 9-0 on the season. The Tribe host Madera (Madera, CA) to meet the Coyotes in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 16. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Madera lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Atwater (Atwater, CA)
Next, the Aztecs meet the Tranquillity Tigers (Tranquillity, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Mendota will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
