Virginia High School Volleyball - J.R. Tucker tips Manchester
September 11, 2025: Midlothian, VA 23112 In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting J.R. Tucker Tigers volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Manchester Lancers.
With the win, J.R. Tucker advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Tigers host Varina (Richmond, VA) to face the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Monday, September 15. The Blue Devils go into the test with a record of 0-2. Varina lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Henrico (Richmond, VA)
Next, the Lancers play the Clover Hill Cavaliers (Midlothian, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. Manchester will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Maggie Walker (Richmond, VA).
