Ohio High School Soccer - Padua Franciscan knocks off Archbishop Hoban
September 11, 2025: Parma, OH 44134 In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Padua Franciscan Bruins soccer squad scored a tight 5-1 win over the Archbishop Hoban Knights.
The Bruins (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Westlake (Westlake, OH). The Demons enter the non-league test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Westlake nipped Lakewood (Lakewood, OH), 5-3, in a league test.
The Knights now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Nordonia for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Archbishop Hoban will confront a Knights squad coming off a 6-0 league loss to North Royalton (North Royalton, OH). The Knights record now stands at 4-4.
