September 11, 2025: Auburn Hills, MI 48326 Avondale Yellowjackets (Auburn Hills, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Clio Mustangs (Clio, MI), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Avondale advances its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Oak Park (Oak Park, MI) to play the Knights in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 16. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 0-3. Oak Park lost 1-0 in their recent non-league outing against Harper Woods (Harper Woods, MI)
Next up, the Mustangs play the Fenton Tigers (Fenton, MI) in a Flint Metro outing, on Monday, September 15. Clio will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record.
