September 11, 2025: Kansas City, MO 64124 The Northeast Vikings soccer squad scored 9 points and held the visiting Benton Cardinals to 0 in the Vikings non-league victory on Thursday.
The Vikings now hold a 7-0 record. They play next when they host Center for a non-league bout on Friday, September 12. Northeast will encounter a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Guadalupe Centers (Kansas City, MO). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Benton moves to 1-2 on the year. The Cardinals host Savannah (Savannah, MO) to face the Savages in a Midland Empire contest on Tuesday, September 16.
