Illinois High School Soccer - Glenbard East nudged by Glenbard North
September 11, 2025: Lombard, IL 60148 Glenbard North Panthers (Carol Stream, IL) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they observed their soccer squad nudge the host Glenbard East Rams (Lombard, IL), 1-0 in a non-league outing.
The Panthers (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL). The Griffins go into the non-league outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, Lincoln-Way East got by Bloom (Chicago Heights, IL), 1-0, in a non-league test.
The Rams now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Downers Grove South for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Glenbard East will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 2-2 non-league Fenton (Bensenville, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-4.
