September 11, 2025: Sacramento, CA 95864 Sacramento Country Day Cavaliers (Sacramento, CA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Trinity Prep Crusaders (Napa, CA), 8-3 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Sacramento Country Day moves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Cristo Rey (Sacramento, CA) to meet the Saints in a Sacramento Metro Athletic test on Wednesday, September 17. The Saints come into the test with a record of 2-2.
The Crusaders now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Leroy Greene Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 16. Trinity Prep will meet a Lions team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Westlake Charter (Sacramento, CA). The Lions record now stands at 1-4.
