Missouri High School Softball - Brashear bounces Meadville
September 11, 2025: Brashear, MO 63533 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Brashear Tigers (Brashear, MO) and the visiting Meadville Eagles (Meadville, MO), saw Brashear's softball squad nip Meadville by a score of 8-1.
With the triumph, Brashear improves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Tigers host Novinger (Novinger, MO) to face the Wildcats in a Class 1 District 11 contest on Tuesday, September 16. The Wildcats enter the contest with a record of 2-2. Novinger won 11-0 in their recent league contest against Bevier (Bevier, MO)
The Eagles now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Norborne for a non-league contest on Monday, September 15. Meadville will face a Pirates squad coming off a 11-10 non-league win over Slater (Slater, MO). The Pirates record now stands at 1-2.
