Oklahoma High School Softball - Enid edges Sulphur
September 11, 2025: Enid, OK 73701 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Enid Plainsmen (Enid, OK) and the visiting Sulphur Bulldogs (Sulphur, OK), observed Enid's softball team get by Sulphur by a tally of 4-2.
The Plainsmen (17-4) will now prepare for their bout against Kingston (Kingston, OK). The Redskins go into the non-league bout with a 8-3 record. In their last bout, Kingston by Silo (Silo, OK), 11-1, in a league contest.
The Bulldogs now hold a 10-9 record. They play next when they travel to Lone Grove for a 4A District 1 contest on Monday, September 15. Sulphur will face a Longhorns squad coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Purcell (Purcell, OK). The Longhorns record now stands at 21-3.
