September 11, 2025: Orange City, IA 51041 MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen (Orange City, IA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Central Lyon Lions (Rock Rapids, IA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, MOC-Floyd Valley improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Dutchmen host Boyden-Hull (Hull, IA) to face the Comets in a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 7-4. Boyden-Hull lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley (Rock Valley, IA)
Next, the Lions meet the Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley NIGHTHAWKS (Rock Valley, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Central Lyon will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The NIGHTHAWKS come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Boyden-Hull (Hull, IA).
