Eagle's Landing Christian Academy Chargers (McDonough, GA) boosters left the game pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Fayette County Tigers (Fayetteville, GA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Chargers (18-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Woodland (Stockbridge, GA). The Wolfpack come into the 4A Area 2 test with a 15-7 record. In their last test, Woodland achieved victory over Columbia (Decatur, GA), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Tigers now own a 13-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trinity Christian for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 11. Fayette County will face a Lions squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Spalding (Griffin, GA). The Lions record now stands at 11-7.
