In Thursday's league match, the Sumner Stingrays (Riverview, FL) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting Lennard Longhorns (Ruskin, FL), by a final score of 3-0.

Next up, the Stingrays confront the LaBelle Cowboys/Cowgirls (LaBelle, FL) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 12. Sumner will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record.
