Kentucky High School Volleyball - Tug Valley over Pike County Central
September 11, 2025: Pikeville, KY 41501 The Tug Valley Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Pike County Central Hawks to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Panthers now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Logan for a non-league outing on Monday, September 15. Tug Valley will play a Wildcats team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Riverside (Belle, WV). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-6.
The Hawks (8-6) will now prepare for their game against Perry County Central (Hazard, KY). The Commodores go into the non-league game with a 4-9 record. In their last game, Perry County Central went down by Floyd Central (Eastern, KY), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
