In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Trenton Tigers volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Watford City Wolves.
The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Lewis & Clark [Berthold/Our Redeemer's Christian/North Shore] (Berthold, ND). The Bombers go into the B - Region 6 District 12 test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Lewis & Clark [Berthold/Our Redeemer's Christian/North Shore] was edged by Velva (Velva, ND), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Wolves now sport a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Des Lacs-Burlington for a non-league test on Monday, September 15.
