North Carolina High School Volleyball - West Johnston over Neuse Charter

September 12, 2022: Smithfield, NC 27577

In Monday's non-league contest, the West Johnston Wildcats (Benson, NC) volleyball squad knocked off the host Neuse Charter Cougars (Smithfield, NC), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Wildcats battle the C.B. Aycock Golden Falcons (Pikeville, NC) in a Quad County 3A contest, on Tuesday, September 13. West Johnston will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record. The Golden Falcons come into the contest with a 8-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Rosewood (Goldsboro, NC).

With the loss, Neuse Charter drops to 8-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to North Duplin (Calypso, NC) to battle the Rebels in a Carolina 1A contest on Tuesday, September 13. The Rebels come into the contest with a record of 7-2. North Duplin won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Harrells Christian Academy (Harrells, NC)
