New Mexico High School Volleyball - Bernalillo tips Taos
September 12, 2023: Taos, NM 87571 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Bernalillo Spartans (Bernalillo, NM) and the host Taos Tigers (Taos, NM), saw Bernalillo's volleyball squad nip Taos by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Bernalillo upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Spartans travel to Moriarty (Moriarty, NM) to play the Pintos in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 14. The Pintos go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Moriarty won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM)
The Tigers now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to St. Michael's for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 19. Taos will play a Horsemen squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Santa Fe Indian (Santa Fe, NM). The Horsemen record now stands at 2-4.
