Washington High School Soccer - Eastside Catholic knocks off Garfield
September 12, 2023: Sammamish, WA 98074 Eastside Catholic Crusaders (Sammamish, WA) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Garfield Bulldogs (Seattle, WA), 7-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Crusaders confront the Roosevelt Roughriders (Seattle, WA) in a 3A Metro challenge, on Thursday, September 14. Eastside Catholic will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Roughriders enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 1-1 league Holy Names Academy (Seattle, WA).
The Bulldogs now possess a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Seattle Prep for a 3A Metro challenge on Thursday, September 14. Garfield will confront a Panthers team coming off a 1-0 league win over West Seattle (Seattle, WA). The Panthers record now stands at 4-0.
