September 12, 2023: Pomeroy, WA 99347 The Pomeroy Pirates volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Garfield-Palouse Vikings to 0 in the Pirates non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Pirates now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dayton for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 19. Pomeroy will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Rosalia (Rosalia, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.
The Vikings (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Reardan (Reardan, WA). The Screaming Eagles enter the non-league game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Reardan gained a win over Northport (Northport, WA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
