Massachusetts High School Soccer - Monomoy knocks off Archbishop Williams
September 12, 2023: Braintree, MA 02184 Monomoy Sharks (Harwich, MA) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Archbishop Williams Bishops (Braintree, MA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Sharks confront the Cape Cod Academy Seahawks (Osterville, MA) in a Cape and Islands challenge, on Thursday, September 14. Monomoy will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Seahawks enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Cape Cod RVT (Harwich, MA).
The Bishops now possess a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lowell Catholic for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 14. Archbishop Williams will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Greater Lowell Tech (Tyngsborough, MA). The Crusaders record now stands at 0-2.
