Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Brockway knocks off Ridgway/Johnsonburg
September 12, 2023: Brockway, PA 15824 Brockway Rovers (Brockway, PA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Ridgway/Johnsonburg (Ridgway, PA), 8-0 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Brockway moves its record to 3-2 on the year. The Rovers host Redbank Valley (New Bethlehem, PA) to battle the Bulldogs in a UAVSL Boys South bout on Wednesday, September 13. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a record of 2-2. Redbank Valley lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Clarion-Limestone (Strattanville, PA)
In their next game, the battle the DuBois Beavers (DuBois, PA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, September 18. Ridgway/Johnsonburg will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Beavers enter the bout with a 7-1 record after their 4-0 league win over Karns City (Karns City, PA).
