September 12, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28210 South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC), 3-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Sabres confront the Berry Cardinal (Charlotte, NC) in a So Meck 4A challenge, on Thursday, September 14. South Mecklenburg will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record. The Cardinal enter the challenge with a 0-6 record after their 5-1 league loss to Palisades (Charlotte, NC).
The Trojans now possess a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Hibriten for a non-league challenge on Monday, September 18. Olympic will confront a Panthers team coming off a 1-1 non-league Patton (Morganton, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 6-2.
