Missouri High School Softball - Southern Boone bounces Boonville
September 12, 2023: Ashland, MO 65010 Southern Boone Eagles (Ashland, MO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Boonville Pirates (Boonville, MO), 6-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host California for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 14. Southern Boone will battle a Pintos squad coming off a 13-1 non-league win over South Callaway (Mokane, MO). The Pintos record now stands at 5-5.
With the loss, Boonville falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Blair Oaks (Jefferson City, MO) to battle the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 14. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 6-4. Blair Oaks won 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Helias (Jefferson City, MO)
