September 12, 2023: Elmore City, OK 73433 The Elmore City-Pernell Badgers softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Velma-Alma Comets to 0 in the Badgers league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Elmore City-Pernell improves its record to 17-12 on the year. The Badgers travel to Pauls Valley (Pauls Valley, OK) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league game on Thursday, September 14. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 8-18. Pauls Valley lost 8-2 in their recent league game against Sulphur (Sulphur, OK)
In their next game, the Comets clash with the Wynnewood Savages (Wynnewood, OK) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 18. Velma-Alma will attempt to improve on its 3-20 season record. The Savages come into the game with a 11-10 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to Latta (Ada, OK).
