In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Academy of Holy Angels Stars (Richfield, MN) volleyball squad nudged the host New Prague Trojans (New Prague, MN), by a margin of 3-2.

Next up, the Stars battle the St. Anthony Village Huskies (Minneapolis, MN) in a Tri-Metro contest, on Thursday, September 14. Academy of Holy Angels will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Huskies go into the contest with a 3-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Brooklyn Center (Brooklyn Center, MN).
