September 12, 2023: Turner, OR 97392 In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Cascade Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Cottage Grove Lions.
The Cougars (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Philomath (Philomath, OR). The Warriors come into the 4A Oregon West battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Philomath lost by Salem Academy (Salem, OR), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Lions encounter the Klamath Union Pelicans (Klamath Falls, OR) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 14. Cottage Grove will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Pelicans come into the battle with a 2-3 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Yreka (Yreka, CA).
