North Carolina High School Volleyball - Cummings overwhelmed by Southeast Alamance
September 12, 2023: Haw River, NC 27258 The Cummings Cavaliers volleyball team (Burlington, NC), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Southeast Alamance Stallions (Haw River, NC)
The Stallions (2-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Chatham Central (Bear Creek, NC). The Bears come into the Mid-Carolina 1A/2A challenge with a 7-4 record. In their last challenge, Chatham Central went down by North Moore (Robbins, NC), 3-2, in a league challenge.
Next, the Cavaliers encounter the Jordan-Matthews Jets (Siler City, NC) in a Mid-Carolina 1A/2A challenge, on Thursday, September 14. Cummings will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record. The Jets come into the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Trinity (Trinity, NC).
