Alabama High School Volleyball - West Point can't hold off Danville
September 12, 2023: Cullman, AL 35057 In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Danville Hawks volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the West Point Warriors.
The Hawks (10-12) will now prepare for their battle against Lawrence County (Moulton, AL). The Red Devils come into the non-league battle with a 11-11 record. In their last battle, Lawrence County nudged Hatton (Town Creek, AL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Warriors clash with the Brewer Patriots (Somerville, AL) in a 5A Area 15 battle, on Wednesday, September 13. West Point will attempt to advance on its 8-8 season record. The Patriots come into the battle with a 8-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Hamilton (Hamilton, AL).
